It's been a while and I thought I'd get off my lazy bum and update!
Soo on Wednesday, I was curling my right lashes, minding my own business, when suddenly my eyelash curler slips out of my hand, pulling out basically half my lashes with it!! It hurt quite a bit, but not enough to cry. It felt really swollen too. I kept on touching my bald eyelid, which probably didn't help, but if anything, gave me an eye infection. :)

Apparently, it takes about 10-12 weeks to grow back lashes. Yay for uneven lashes.
I also purchased some eyeshadows from Diana of Paper Doll Revenge! Looove the eyeshadows! Colours are lovely, and the best thing is that it's all very sparkly! She even threw in a mask and fake lashes! Such a coincidence! It's like she knew I was going to rip out my lashes!

My grandma also came back from her vacation to Hawaii and brought me back some macadamia nut goodies!

WOOO 48 more days till my Japan trip! I can't believe the day's creeping up on me so quickly.

ReplyDeleteHow did the curler just slip out of your hand, that is crazy. I have never had anything like that happen to be before. I am sure they will grow back thicker the ever but until then you should just wear fake lashes!!! HAHA i just came up with that on the spot but im sure it isnt even that noticeable.
THOSE EYESHADOW ARE GORGEOUS and those chocolate make me SO hungry.

U'll finish it in no time, and it'll just make u more excited to watch the movie. I'm obsessed with waterproof liner. I just DO NOT tolerate smudgy/runny liner. ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry! Last year, I was glueing on fake nails, and I accidentally got NAIL GLUE on my lashes! I had to cut em off.
It took a couple months for them to grow back to normal.
Use vitamin E capsules/Olive oil to help condition your lashes and for them to grow back faster!
btw, I'm so jealous of you going to japan! I hope you take lots of pix (especially of food......) and post them up! I'd love to see your adventures :D
ReplyDeletesame thing happened to me years ago, i was curling my lashes in the bathroom and slipped causing me to rip some of my lashes out. i was so scared! but it grew back *whew!* good thing there's falsies :)
